Less oily food + exercise more.
Its kind of ez to achieve the latter.
Haha haven't been exercising much since my primary school days.
Lets not count the years.
Have been spending more time with my colleagues recently.
I don't know what have got into me.
I just want changes.
But i guess thats nothing bad.
Gonna try out yoga this weekend.
& im going to hongkong in JUNE. woohooooo~

Cannot imagine im actually doing it so seriously.
But yea, thats good.
